Trip to Australia fave moments #1

Ok so I didn't keep my promise and post photos during our trip but I am going to make up for it this week.
Thank you to everybody who welcomed us home and made the time to catch-up, house us, feed us etc. It was an extremely hectic trip and we did not get to catch-up with everyone we would of liked too.
We did however manage to fit in 2 weddings, a baby shower, countless family dinners, a work conference for me in Sydney and way too much driving time between the city and country (something we need to work on next trip).
Below are a few of our fave moments with more to come over the next week!

My beautiful friend Annie's baby shower was amazing!

Stunning cake made by Annie's sister to match the invites!

What's a baby shower without some fun games

Baking fun!

Piper looooves cupcakes and just happened to buy me a couple of fab cupcake books for christmas so we thought we had better test them out. Earlier in the week we made oreo cupcakes..... massive fail, too dry and icky! For NYE we made icecream cone cupcakes.... massive hit! Piper is the best little apprentice, here are some photo's of our baking...

Our Christmas in Dubai

It was a very different Christmas this year and sadly it was all over far too quickly as the UAE is a muslim country we had to take annual leave for Christmas Day and Boxing day and now I am back at work.
But we made the most of our time and enjoyed good food, great company and lots of drinks... oops I mean laughs! Here are a few snaps of our Christmas fun!

Decorating our Christmas cookies and preparing for our Christmas Eve Party!

All partied out!

Christmas Morning....

Morning cricket match with friends to get the day underway, followed by lunch in the Burj Khalifa!

When in Rome.... I mean why not play cricket in a park at the foot of the world's tallest building!

We finished our Christmas day off with a trip to the beach and some aggressive beach soccer

Hope you all had a fabulous Christmas with lots of laughs and fun like ours xo
